1. How long is the quality evaluation process?

    • Quality evaluation process may take up to 2-3 business days. While for goods replacement request, process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned item 


    • Faults found to be due to customer abuse will not be covered.


    • Failing to verify the fault will result in claims being rejected. Which will result in freight/ shipping charges as well as a handling charge being levied by the customer.
  2. What should I do when I received goods damaged or wrong items?
